At MobileKiDukaan.in, we believe in maintaining transparency and customer satisfaction while safeguarding the interests of our sellers. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

📦 1. General Returns

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 1 day from the date of purchase.
  • Condition of Product:
    • The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
    • Handset must not be activated or tampered with in any way.
  • Point of Return: Product must be returned to the same store or location where it was purchased.
  • Documentation Required:
    • A valid purchase invoice (bill) is mandatory.
    • Return is subject to a mutual agreement between the buyer and seller after verifying the condition of the product.
  • Important Note: Products once activated or opened will not be eligible for return or exchange unless categorized as DOA (Dead on Arrival) by the brand.

⚠️ 2. Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy

  • Brand Policy Compliance: All DOA cases are handled as per the official brand DOA policies.
  • DOA Certification:
    • Visit the brand-authorized service center to obtain a DOA certificate.
    • The certificate must clearly state the issue and confirm the device was faulty on arrival.
  • Replacement/Upgrade:
    • Upon submission of a valid DOA certificate, the brand will replace or upgrade the handset as per their guidelines.
    • MobileKiDukaan.in is not liable for replacement unless the brand confirms the DOA status.

📝 3. Additional Terms & Conditions

  • Return/refund/exchange requests without proper documentation or physical verification will not be processed.
  • Accessories, software, or bundled products once unsealed are non-returnable.
  • Any form of physical damage, liquid damage, screen cracks, or tampering will void return eligibility.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated only after inspection and confirmation from the seller and brand (if needed).
